on the subject of making it your own and not someone else's you've moved into; my husband Bill built a brick shed in the garden for his workshop, and although I keep my larger garden tools in there it is still, after nine years, 'his workshop' - or it was. This summer, Alex had it painted a beautiful shade of mint green - that can't possibly be Bill's workshop 🤣 so it's now, very definitely, my garden shed x
